At OTR International School, we value feedback from our community and are committed to addressing any concerns promptly. If you have a complaint or any issue to raise, please feel free to send an email to direction@otrschool.lu.

We guarantee that all complaints will be acknowledged within 72 hours, and a formal written response will be provided within 10 working days.

If additional time is required, the complainant will be informed of the reason and the expected timeline.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to resolve any concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible.
