To facilitate parents who work long hours or have busy schedules, the OTR DayCare provides these formulas:

Short DayCare:

  • Monday to Thursday from 15:30 to 16:30.
  • Friday from 14:30 to 15:30.
  • Pick-up time: at 15:30.

Parents are invited to fully respect the exit times. Punctuality is also recommended to enable the implementation of the planned staggered entry and exit times.
Price: 15.00 € per day.
Registration and invoicing periods are quarterly.

Punctual registrations are accepted while keeping the days the same for the entire quarter.
On any of the selected Short DayCare days children may bring a snack from home, as this will not be included in the OTR DayCare service and price.
No claim for reimbursement will be accepted.
If you choose the Long DayCare option, it is possible to enroll your child in a club, in what case price of 15.00 € will apply for Long DayCare on that specific day (please refer to the Activities and Clubs brochure for information & registration).

Long DayCare:

  • Monday to Thursday from 15:30 to 18:00.
  • Friday from 14:30 to 18:00.
  • Pick-up time: at 15:30; at 16:30 from and not before 17:30 to maximum 18:00.

Parents are invited to fully respect the exit times. Punctuality is also recommended to enable the implementation of the planned staggered entry and exit times.
Price: 30.00 € per day
Registration and invoicing periods are quarterly.

Registration for Long DayCare is mandatory for every weekday of the quarter. Excluding school holidays.
Children will have a snack included in the OTR Long DayCare service and the price.

If you choose the Long DayCare option, it is possible to enroll your child in a club, in what case price of 15.00 € will apply for Long DayCare on that specific day (please refer to the Activities and Clubs brochure for information & registration).
No claim for reimbursement will be accepted.

The number of places available is limited. They are accessible with prior registration and according to priority criteria linked to a socio-familial context. The two formulas Long and Short DayCare cannot be combined.
Any request requiring a mixing between these two services will not be accepted.
